1.1 Order Processing
1.1.1 The ORIGINALS Collection items are one-of-a-kind pieces that are ready to be shipped. Please allow up to 3 business days before the item is shipped to factor in processing time; however, we will do our best to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once it has been dispatched. For more information on shipping please review our shipping policy.
1.1.2 PLASMA and SAND Collection items are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks before the item is shipped to factor in production and hallmarking turnaround time; however, we will do our best to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once it has been dispatched. For more information on shipping please review our shipping policy.

2.1.1 Please allow up to 3 business days before your item is shipped. Each item is made to order to minimize waste. You will receive an email with tracking information once the item has shipped.

3.1 Order Processing
3.1.1 Please 2-5 business days before your item is shipped. Each item is made to order by Europe’s leading professional fine art & photographic printers. You will receive an email from the Art Printers with tracking information once the item has shipped.

4.0 Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@halfhuman.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
